We would like to inform you of the following. Consilium Sp. z o.o., National Academy of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine in association with Ukrainian National Group, International Association of Criminal Law, Banking University and Citizens Association “All-Ukrainian association of criminal law“ on September 30, 2016 were holding the International Scientific and Practical Conference „Terrorist activities counteraction: international experience and its relevance for Ukraine”.
 
The aim of the conference
The aim of the conference were to join efforts of European scientific community, of Ukrainian and European representatives of the legislative power, of law enforcement and specialized authorities, of professionals in the mentioned spheres, and of other interested persons in order to find solution to the problem of terrorist activities counteraction in Europe, to discuss international experience of terrorist activities counteraction and its relevance for Ukraine, and to improve anti-terroristic legislation and its implementation.
 
Conference thematic directions:
– conceptual approaches, international legal and legislative aspects of terrorist activities counteraction in Europe;
– counteraction to propagation of terrorism and extremism ideology;
– information security and terrorism;
– detection, ceasing and investigation of financial support of terrorism – as an important element of terrorist activities counteraction: procedural, criminalistics, criminological directions;
– activity of the law enforcement and specialized authorities in the sphere of detection, ceasing and investigation of crimes considered as terroristic activities and minimization of their consequences;
– illegal migration as the cause of terrorist activities in Europe.
